– – – – – 1. if you know the spoke length(s), select them from “Spoke length” dropdown. you must add each length to cart separately – there are a few online spoke calculators that might be helpful, but we cannot guarantee the length(s) given will be correct. we do not accept returns for spokes once installation has been attempted, sorry! – – – – – 2. don’t know the spoke length(s)? select “I DO NOT KNOW” from dropdown and list hub(s) and rim(s) in order comments – we only know spoke lengths for combinations of hubs and rims we sell. if the hub(s) and rim(s) you’re using are not ones we sell, we will use an online spoke calculator to determine length, but we cannot guarantee the length(s) given will be correct. we do not accept returns for spokes once installation has been attempted, sorry! – – – – –
3. if you are ordering one or more custom wheels from us, we’ll figure out the lengths, so select “WHEELBUILD” from dropdown – you must also add this item to the cart, quantity matching the number of wheels being built. if you don’t add it, we will and shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly
