Description
This beautiful small Rose bud vase has the “Chinese Rose” as its pattern, with identification or pattern number 4067. The James Kent Ltd Company in Staffordshire England made it in early 20th century. It features hand painted colorful pink roses, leaves and stems on a white background. The rim, base and Hallmark is hand painted in 22k gold. In addition, the bottom of the vase is stamped with “James Kent Ltd. London” and the “Made in England” is partially covered up with the pattern number. The company manufacture Earthward and Porcelain from 1913 to 1985 or 86 (records are note clear on ending date) The James Kent Ltd Co. did not use the stander Hallmark on this bud vase for the main reason the size of the vase did not have enough room for the stander Hallmark. It is in mint condition with no dents, cracks, chips, necks, scratches, fleabites, repairs, stains, or wears-marks. In addition, it looks like it has never been used.
