Jupiter Bike Batteries have a 90 day warranty. Proper care and charging steps will help the customer experience. Please share the following Best Practices:

1. Prior to charging the bike, make sure the CHARGER is NOT plugged into the wall yet. 2. With the CHARGER not plugged into the wall, insert the CHARGER TIP into the bike or battery port.  3. Once the charge is plugged into. the bike safely and correctly, (next) 4. Plug the charger into the wall. 5. The charging light should turn RED indicating Charging.
