Used by the American Red Cross, the U.S. Coast Guard, police services, lifeguard trainers and emergency personnel. These manikins are excellent top and bottom water rescue devices for adding realism to an otherwise ordinary practice procedure.

When filled with water, they will sink to the bottom. These manikins are not offered with CPR options.
