Artisan-Carved Moose Antler Brooch

What we have here is a Moose antler brooch that was sold in a souvenir store at Moose Pass Alaskan U.S.A. in the 1940 sometime. The center is the letter “W” and the maker is or was (I do not think he is still alive) Ken Lamcaster. What is written on the back o this brooch is “Ken Lamcaster  Moose Pass Alaskan Moose Horn W.” what I think is the store behind the brooch is, my mother had only been married to my father for a years or two (I have one older brother one year older than me) and the two of them had gone to Alaskan to visit my father’s parents and my mother saw it in the store and bought it. This would be between 1946 to1947. Being proud of her new last name, it would be logical for a woman to buy things with the first letter of her new last name. It is in excellent condition and wall cared for.
